Shipping Policy

  1. At Rizen Watches, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within Pakistan. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, or any address within Pakistan which courier service / logistics partner does not operate in.

  2. All orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within the same day from our warehouse, subject to payment confirmation, which may vary with unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Shipping time will vary as per your city location and the location of our warehouse from which the item is dispatched (Major city: Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad). Same city location is usually delivered within 1 working day. Major city to Major city usually takes 2-3 working days while any other city delivery may take up to 4-5 working days.

  4. Once the order has been dispatched, you may check and track the delivery status of your orders using the courier tracking number in the ‘My Account’ section / Orders Tracking or with our local logistics partner. For Cash on Delivery, as per courier policy you must make payment first before receiving / opening the parcel.
